it's bedtime

there are so much information available on the net;
and this really caught my eye;

Different ways to sleep better.
1) Counting sheeps. It may sound silly; but it really works!
2) Exercise regularly.
3) Having a bedtime schedule
4) Relaxation (eg. massage)
5) Conducive sleeping environment

All I hope for is a good night rest to end my day...
